Goose contacts are grouped into 4 categories: Leads, Customers, Suppliers and People (where the latter refers to individual individuals).
How can you therefore transform a Leads into a Customer following a sale? Or a Supplier in a Customer?

As shown in the following image, when we go to modify a contact card, we can find two flags in the main tab: Customer and Supplier.
The active flags will make the contact appear in their respective section, if both flags are deactivated the contact will be considered a Leads.
