In a Customer window, in the "Main" tab, we find the "Customer Visit Mode" function.
This feature allows us to see only what the chosen customer can see and do only and exclusively what the customer can do.
The activation of the Customer Visit Mode means that the whole system is filtered and modified just as if we were the user we selected, for example the cart and the discount lists will be those linked to our customer, the contacts displayed will be those visible from the latter, etc...
This feature is very useful in mobility when, with a tablet and the customer at our side, we can avoid showing sensitive third-party data that will be shielded by the activation of the same mode.
