You can quickly access the configurations of the General Tables from the side menu.

The side menu in question consists of a second level with the various system tables that are used for profiling contacts, products, documents and events.

Specifically, each table has the following features:

  • Description of Goods: used in profiling Orders in the Shipping tab
  • Company Banks: used for profiling the Customer, Supplier
  • Currency Exchange: used to convert Currencies
  • Other Fields: advanced configurations for adding fields on any main table
  • Reasons for Transport: used in profiling Orders in the Shipping tab
  • VAT Codes: used for profiling the Product
  • Documents Directory: used for profiling the Product Documentation
  • Calendar Events: used for profiling Events
  • Languages: used for profiling Customers and Suppliers
  • Price List: used for profiling the Product
  • Type of Payment: used for profiling Customer pending payments

  • Payment Mode: used for profiling the Quote, Order and in Customer preferences
  • Shipping Mode: used for profiling the Quote, Order and in Customer preferences
  • Country: used for profiling the Customer and Supplier
  • Carriages: used for profiling the Quote and Order
  • Payment Description: used for profiling the Quote and Order
  • Unit of Measure: used for profiling the Product
  • Currency: used for profiling the Product
  • Carriers: used in profiling Orders in the Shipping tab

When one of the General Tables is displayed, a list of the related classification data is displayed as a table.

You can only input data in this type of list.


New Element
Allows you to enter a new element in the list.


The New Element function is only displayed if the module allows for data input but above all, based on user privileges.

Clicking on the input button opens a new window that allows you to complete the fields regarding the type of table.

In all general table forms you must specify a unique Code that identifies the type of data in question. For example, in the VAT Codes you must specify the VAT Code, which is always a 30-digit (max) alphanumeric code.
